Small optional game purchases should be low-friction and fair. If something did not unlock, was bought by mistake, or is not what the checkout described, contact us.
Default policy
For owned-web purchases on games.voiddo.com, request a refund within 14 days by emailing support@voiddo.com. Include the purchase email used at checkout, game name, item name, and a short reason.
What happens after refund
Refunded content may be removed from the game account or local unlock state. Paddle may also send you confirmation and process the refund through the original payment method.
Platform purchases
If a game is played on a third-party portal, that portal's purchase/refund system controls the transaction. Do not use owned-web Paddle links inside platform builds unless that platform explicitly allows it.
Abuse
We may decline repeated abusive refund behavior, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or attempts to keep paid content after refund.
